Before their producer dressed them funny
Paul Revere and the Raiders were a good band. They stayed good despite the funny outfits.

I got to see them live at an outdoor venue in the early 80's and I am here to tell ya, when they actually have a kick ass sound system behind them it opens your eyes to the fact that they have some damn good music.
When you can feel the bass notes from the drums and the bass guitar and hear for the first time what those songs were supposed to sound like instead of cheesy FM radio, it made for a great Rock and Roll show.
