GOP pushing for Military control of terror suspects.
The unrivaled success of civil courts in convicting those accused of terror compared to the failure of military courts to do so has annoyed the Republican/Teabaggers. Annoyed them so much that they are now focusing efforts to remove terror types from the civil courts to the military where their trials can be a failure. Obama has protected us from too many terrorists to allow this to continue.
