If only there was someplace to get good boudin

Back when I lived close enough to Louisiana to drive there, I'd go and buy an ice cooler full of frozen boudin and bring it back home, and eat it over the course of the next few months. Sad to say, I live too far away from that, and with Homeland Security I certainly am not going to be able to carry it on a plane with me ("an ice cooler? With *ORGANIC* material in it? DUMP IT OUT!").
