Prosser denies he choked the bitch
But he stopped short of saying she deserved it, this time. His buddies are spinning hard on this, in effect saying Justice Bradley threw her neck into his hands. Justice Bradley will be filing a formal complaint against the vicious old fart. Given Prosser's violent past, he will be starting out in the hole in any investigation.
