Paul Ryan explains his plan
Rep. Paul Ryan R-Death Panel, was speaking to the Economic Club of Chicago to explain his plan for Medicare. It is strikingly simple. He will eliminate government payment for seniors health care. He will provide coupons to buy private health insurance. As the recipients get older the coupons will pay for less and less of the required premiums. And the newest point unveiled today, it will strengthen welfare for those who need it(?).
Also, unless I haven't been paying attention, Lyin' Ryan also unveiled a new haircut with the part on the side which makes him look like a dough faced oaf. His previous style was parted in the middle which made look like a douchbag. 6 of one, half dozen of the other.
