Top Army Dog says troops need more time between deployments
This is especially true if you are running them, over and over again, through a war that has no end. And with all the folks who polish their ass and brass wanting it to continue forever. Peter Chiarelli, the Army's vice-chief of staff, revealed to Christiane Amanpour that the military is well aware of the problem but so far refuses to put forth the simple, elegant solution to this problem.
