Another investigation into Goldmine Sachs
This time it is the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations headed by Carl Levin. This committee has been effective in the past, when the Senate was a functioning body. It remains to be seen how well they can do this time. One potential roadblock is that the subcommittee is part of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee so we can expect the chairman Joe Lieberschmuck to obstruct tht subcommittee as much as possible.
