The economist who has been most often right about the economy, Joseph Stiglitz, says the economy will be going down in 2010. He was saying this to a group that has most often been wrong about the economy and what to do about it, Congress. The odds of Congress putting together an effective stimulus as he suggests, about the same as winning the lottery. Your moment of "Oh Shit!"
