Will Judge Bybee recuse himself?
John Yoo's attorneys are appealing a lower courts opinion that the notorious enabler of torture may be sued in US court for his actions. The appeal is to the Ninth Circuit court, one of its members being Jay Bybee, one of Yoo's co-conspirators. This should be fun.
