Hays County Texas smarter than the US Army

Whereas the Army continues to allow KBR to try and electrocute its soldiers, the good people of Hays County have told KBR to fuck off.
Under pressure from Hays County residents for the past two weeks, county commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to reverse a decision they made in February to award KBR (Kellogg, Brown and Root) an engineering design services contract worth more than $600,000.
I guess all Texicans aren't dumb as shoe paste after all.

UPDATE: There are still enough to give shoe paste a shot at the Texas Mensa.
