Can the once proud Chairman of the Board
At Bank of America survive the coming days as a mere CEO and President of the corporation. The shareholders have voted and Little Kenny will have to answer that question in the days ahead.
The vote was 50.3 percent for adding an independent chairman, with 49.7 percent opposed. While Lewis, 62, and the board opposed the resolution, spokesman James Mahoney said earlier the bank would abide by results of the balloting.Charlotte residents are advised to look up before walking around the base of Bank of America headquarters.
