The Old Fart loses a lobbyist

Who was also a close aide, entrusted with running the Republican National Convention this summer.
The public relations executive whom Senator John McCain’s campaign had chosen to run the Republican National Convention this summer resigned his post on Saturday after a magazine reported that his firm had lobbied for the military junta that runs Myanmar.
The Old Fart is on record saying that he does not like the junta, but he had no qualms about hiring one of their enablers, until it became public. With all the lobbyists he has around him, this will probably happen again before November.

UPDATE: Via AmericaBlog, we learn that the Old Fart lost another lobbyist/campaign manager because of Myanmar. Or maybe they just dropped out to do some astroturfing.
