U.S. touts progress as Baghdad bomb kills 10The article from the AP also notes another 18 deaths, but we got progress according to some admiral and should be able to turn things over to Iraqi security forces in another Friedman Unit or two. The unspoken assumption is that more of the Iraqi forces haven't started shooting at us.
