You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
The words of Inigo Montoya best describe my reaction to the AP-Ipsos poll that asked people what they looked for in a candidate.
A new Associated Press-Ipsos poll says 55 percent of those surveyed consider honesty, integrity and other values of character the most important qualities they look for in a presidential candidate.If that is so how do you explain these results?
Among Republican and GOP-leaning voters, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani leads Arizona Sen. John McCain 35 percent to 22 percent. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich had 11 percent, followed in the single digits by former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Sen. Sam Brownback of Kansas.Unless these numbers came from the other 45% who would seem to prefer lying, morally bankrupt candidates of decidedly low character.

Sure. If the voters really wanted honesty and integrity, they'd get behind Sam Brownback. But the media doesn't present him as a viable choice.
There are other polls to consider.
In a contest between Hillary Clinton and Sam Brownback, according to Rassmussen, Clinton comes out ahead (46% to 41%), but only just outside the margin of error.
Still the media seems to like RINO Rudy and Flipper Romney and washed up McCain. They also seem to love Clinton, who even a lot of liberals seem to hate.
