The Red Cross should follow the Bushovik method
In a major shake-up of its relief operations in New Orleans, the American Red Cross dismissed two key supervisors yesterday as part of a wide-ranging inquiry into the improper diversion of relief supplies after Hurricane Katrina, a Red Cross official said.Our Dear Embattled Leader would have praised and promoted these people and maybe given them a medal for preventing poor people from abusing the system.
