The Bubble Economy today
Your Faithful Fireman likes to keep an eye on economic happenings. One of those happenings is the diligent efforts of the Bushoviks to send American assets to other countries. Mind you, nothing so petty as a Swiss bank account, we are talking the wealth of the nation flowing out and not flowing back. In fairness, Our Dear Leader and his minions are not solely responsible for this, they have merely raised it to the level of a crusade. This post from Billmon is a long one but it is required reading for anyone who is not fully invested in gold bullion buried in the back yard.
