The decapitalization of the economy has begun.
Before the Republicans got properly organized, the extension of Unemployment Insurance included an extra $25 per claimant on top of the regular benefit payment. With their most recent block of unemployment extensions they managed to have that removed. Just $25 per week. But with 15.1 Million unemployed that removed $377,500,000 from the economy every week. Over a full year that will remove $19.63 Billion from the economy as it struggles to recover. And this is just one thread in the Republican/Teabagger tapestry of anarchy.
