Time for the Thanksgiving Break
I'll be gone for a week. spending Thanksgiving with family. I hope all of you will be with someone you care for and have a great and filling Thanksgiving feast.

Q - Have you ever forgotten to take the neck and giblets out of the turkey when you cooked it? Have you ever been to a meal where someone else forgot to take them out? Please leave a comment.
I was having Thanksgiving at some friends many years ago when we discovered the cooks error. At the time we were way too mellow to care. I think the cook was already too mellow when he prepared the bird for the oven.
