Who knew?
That the Dread Chief Justice Roberts and his scurvy First Mate Alito had any sense of humanity after a lifetime of Republicanism. It shown through yesterday in two decisions that favored workers over employers. The question was one of "retaliation" against workers who complain of discrimination and the court decided that it was not legal, thereby joining the ethical and moral majority of this nation. In fairness to his reputation, Roberts only stepped out of character once, as befits a Dread Chief Justice. Alito was scurvy enough to do it twice. And as expected, the Cabin Boy Thomas and the cook Bafangu Scalia showed their lack of imagination by deciding that anything is legal if their friends want it
