Some people just never give up

Like Rick Santorum in his presidential quest or those Japanese soldiers who didn't surrender until years after World War II was over, there are some people who never expected that we would actually remove our troops from Iraq. Apparently the idea of US troops leaving a country once they have entered is anathema to them and they are still trying to get us back into Iraq.
