John Husted, the Republican/Teabagger Secretary of State in Ohio must be asking himself that question about black voters every working day. He thinks he has come up with a solution that will probably get by Holder's DoJ.
Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, who decided to prohibit early voting on nights and weekends, is questioning whether or not hours should be adjusted to accommodate lower income and minority counties.Not all Republican/Teabaggers are racists but all racists are Republican/Teabaggers. And being pandered to by the party of the extreme radical right.

At the center of the debate is restricting voting hours in heavily Democratic-leaning counties while having a different standard for Republican-leaning counties.
