After 10 years of failure in Afghanistan
The US and Karzai of the Afghans have reached an agreement for the 10 years following troop withdrawal in 2014. It promises a lot of help without being specific, meaning Congress can cut it off any time they get a wild hair across their collective asses. No mention of any troop hostages left behind.
