Just think how many yachts this can buy
The National Priorities Project and Citizens for Tax Justice have a counter set up to illustrate just how much money the Bush Tax Cuts have cost the Treasury since their inception. It is also increasing at a real time pace.
An alternative to yachts would be the number of teachers hired. Or the number of people with health insurance. Or the miles of new water and sewer piping from and to the new treatment plants. Or the number of bridges rebuilt before they collapse. You get the idea.
