The Great Orange Boner passes a bill
In his case he would have gotten the same result if he had pinched off a loaf on the podium. After licking every Republican/Teabagger boot and kissing every Republican/Teabagger ass (lord knows how many times he had to swallow instead of spitting) he was able to get a 218-210 vote.
