Why Doesn't Your Website Condemn Violent Rhetoric?
This was John Kyl's question to Farhana Khera, the executive director of Muslim Advocates. This of itself would hardly be newsworthy given the standard of Republican/Teabagger bigotry that has been raised in Congress. Curiously the answer for the Muslim Advocates is exactly the same as John Kyl would give if you asked about his website. What makes this troubling is Sen. Kyl's long history of racial bigotry and fearmongering. Given their respective histories, the role of interviewer and interviewee should have been reversed.
