Joe Miller doesn't know when to shave or when to quit
And having run out of options to overturn the will of the people in Alaska state courts, he is turning to the federal courts to reverse the election of Lisa Murkowski. The story only states that he is being backed by "the conservative Tea Party movement". Somebody is paying lots of money to overturn the legitimate electoral choice of the people of Alaska. Who and why would be a much more interesting story.
