Recommending illegal acts is OK for lawyers.
It is not recommended but so far it does not seem to have interrupted the career paths of John "Organ Failure" Yoo or Jay "Waterboards" Bybee.
Bush administration lawyers who paved the way for sleep deprivation and waterboarding of terrorism suspects exercised poor judgment but will not be referred to authorities for possible sanctions, according to a forthcoming ethics report, a legal source confirmed.Can't figure this one out, these were two easy targets. Letting them off the hook just confirms Obama's approval of Bushovik torture policy. Can't figure out why he wants to wear that medal on his chest.
