Karzai of the Afghans wants Reconciliation
In his case, he wants reconciliation with all the elements of Afghan society, including the Taliban. In this he is correct in his assumptions and it behooves the US and its NATO allies to get out of his way and indeed out ofhis country and let him work out the details. President Obama should act on this money saving measure as soon as possible.
