Here we go again
Jeremy Scahill, the Nation's expert on mercenaries, reports that many of these groups are trying to position themselves for "duty" in Haiti. Granted the country is well habituated to foreign and private armies, but the latest bunch pretty much have to hype up the fear in their clients to score contracts. We can only hope that some government or UN group puts the kibosh on this waste of aid money.
