If you like your eggs on the Jersey side

One of the great filmed dance numbers of all time. That was stated (paraphrased) by Fred Astaire. Jumpin' Jive was preformed in the movie "Stormy Weather" by Cab Calloway and his swing era band (The movie also starred a very young Lena Horn). Eggs on the sunny side means - Sunny-side up, warm soft yolk, crispy white (on bottom). This made by placing the egg on a very hot grill that has been seasoned with pork fat such as ham.
